Privacy policy
960 is designed so that your health answers never leave your device.

Your answers stay on your device
Your questionnaire answers and results are stored only in your own browser's local storage. They are not sent to us or to any third party, and no account is required.
You can delete them at any time with the button below or by clearing your browser data.
Health data and consent
Some answers relate to health, which is a special category of data under GDPR Art. 9 and sensitive information under other laws. Because this data never leaves your device we do not process it on our servers. Before a result is generated you give explicit consent to the calculation in your browser; you can withdraw it at any time by deleting your data.
We do not ask for your name, contact details, diagnoses, medication or identifiers. Every health question is optional.
Hosting and server logs
When you load the site, our hosting provider necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of request in order to deliver the page and protect it against abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). These logs contain no questionnaire answers and are deleted after a short period.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party fonts, trackers or social media plugins. Local storage is used only for features you request (saving your answers and anonymous, on-device funnel counters), which is permitted without a consent banner under the ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3).
Sale and sharing
We do not sell or share personal information, including for cross-context behavioural advertising, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar US state laws.
International transfers
Because your answers are not transmitted, no cross-border transfer of your health data takes place. This is also how we respect the restrictions of China's PIPL, Japan's APPI and Australia's Privacy Act on overseas disclosure.
Children
960 is intended for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, California and other US states, Australia, Japan, China, Brazil, Canada and elsewhere) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Since we hold no personal data about you beyond short-lived server logs, most requests are fulfilled by deleting your local data — but you can always contact us.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), the UK ICO, or the authority in your own country.
Changes
If we introduce accounts, server storage or analytics, we will update this policy before doing so and ask for consent where required.
